You are invited!

The Lac La Biche Museum and Discovery Centre invites you to come to our Annual Portage La Biche Rendezvous on June 16, 17 & 18, 2017. Our Rendezvous is a historical re-enactment commemorating Lac La Biche’s history and role in the fur trade. The planned paddle route takes you from the Lac La Biche Mission Historical Site to McArthur Beach in the town of Lac La Biche; with the potential to extend it to Churchill Island and back for more experienced paddlers. Once arriving on shore we have exhibits and voyageur games planned. On June 18th, we plan morning races and other fun activities.

Registration for the event is $50 registration fee per paddler, with a $100 deposit for your team. This includes 4 meals Saturday and breakfast Sunday, free camping on site, Saturday evening entertainment, and mementos of the event.

We look forward to you joining us!
